1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Uluve (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Uluve is a website builder platform for service businesses. Features include custom domains, analytics, contact forms, support tickets, multilingual content, an AI assistant, and API integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Plans

Uluve offers a Free tier and paid plans (Pro, Advanced, and Managed Website plans). Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Uluve to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current rate.

4.3 Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, or Paddle. Your billing date is set at the time of initial subscription. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increases.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. Persistent payment failure may result in account downgrade or suspension until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard: Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us via the Support page within 30 days of your initial charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Paddle) within 5–10 business days. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. You grant Uluve a limited license to store and serve your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: publish illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content; violate applicable laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit spam or malware; or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

The Uluve platform, software, design, and trademarks are owned by Uluve. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uluve is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Uluve may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through binding arbitration under applicable EU law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
