Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Uluve. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are issued and how to cancel your subscription.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial subscription charge to receive a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
  • Partial billing periods remaining after cancellation
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases unless otherwise stated

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via the Support page
  2. Include your account email address and the date of the charge
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Paddle) within 5–10 business days.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no questions asked.

To cancel: go to Account Dashboard > Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • You retain full access to paid features until the end of the current paid period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account and website data are retained for 90 days, during which you may reactivate or export your data

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds outside the standard 30-day window in exceptional cases, such as extended service unavailability or unauthorized charges. Contact support to discuss your situation.

7. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error or without authorization, contact us immediately. You may also file a dispute directly with your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or Paddle).
